As a member of the LCBA, your active participation and commitment are essential to the success of both your business and the association as a whole. Membership in LCBA provides opportunities for networking, collaboration, and professional growth. By engaging with fellow members and supporting the broader business community, you help strengthen our local economy and business environment.

Responsibilities to the LCBA and Fellow Members

  • Engagement: Actively participate in LCBA meetings, discussions, events, or initiatives.
  • Support Fellow Members: Whenever possible, utilize other members’ services and products, share referrals, and foster business relationships.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional image and conduct yourself with integrity when representing LCBA.
  • Advocacy & Promotion: Promote the LCBA and its mission by sharing information, bringing in potential members, and advocating for local businesses.
  • Collaboration: Participate in LCBA events, decision-making, and educational opportunities to enhance both personal and collective business success.
  • Commitment to Growth: Continuously seek ways to improve your business and support the success of your fellow members through shared knowledge, experiences, and networking.

Expectations

To ensure a thriving and engaged business community, LCBA members are encouraged to engage with our organization on social media, meetings or at events. Regular participation strengthens the association and fosters meaningful connections among members.

Meeting Frequency

LCBA will meet monthly, resulting in a maximum of 12 meetings per year. These meetings are vital for networking, business updates, and strategic discussions. We encourage your attendance at meetings, and if you’re unable to attend, please feel free to send another employee or business to attend as your guest in your place.

Membership Reinstatement

  • Members whose membership is terminated must wait at least three (3) months before reapplying.
  • Reapplying members will be subject to the full membership fee and a three-month probationary period.
  • If a reapplying member incurs a single unexcused absence during the probationary period, their membership may be terminated without refund.

Commitment to Success

Your engagement with LCBA is not just about attending meetings—it is about fostering a supportive and collaborative business environment. By upholding these responsibilities and expectations, each member contributes to a stronger, more connected, and successful business community in Little Chute.

The LCBA Board of Directors reserves the right to amend these policies with a majority vote of members.
